Phase One Execution Report
Location: Godbey Secondary School, Obanliku LGA, Cross River State
Lead Engineer: Engr. John Afabe
Objective: A self-sustaining, education-centered agrotech revenue model empowering students, creating value, boosting local economy, food security, and entrepreneurship.
The Cygnus Fish Pond Alpha Project represents a structured pilot implementation of our integrated agrotech investment framework within an academic environment.
Phase One focused on foundational infrastructure and ecosystem preparation. Activities executed include materials delivery and mobilization, precision measurement and site assessment, structural construction (Phase One build), Student sensitization, and the establishment of a dedicated Agrotech Club to institutionalize student participation and knowledge transfer.
This phase successfully transitioned the project from concept to physical infrastructure while embedding educational and entrepreneurial structures within the school system. By combining capital deployment, technical execution, and youth capacity development, Cygnus is establishing a replicable model for rural economic stimulation and long-term value generation.
Phase Two will concentrate on structural completion and system reinforcement to ensure operational durability and scalability.
The Alpha Project serves as a proof-of-concept for sustainable, education-driven agro-investment in emerging communities.
